Qbit Common Capital Stock is assigned CUSIP# 74765B-303 and ISIN# US74765B-3033 effective 11-17-07. 

CUSIP numbers are assigned by Standard & Poor's CUSIP Burea.

Qbit Class B Stock is assigned the symbol "QBITB" by NASDAQ's OTC department.
Qbit Common Capital Stock was cleared (15c-211) for OTC quotation on June 30, 2004 with the symbol "QBIT". Qbit Common Capital Stock is assigned the symbol "QBII" effective with the reverse stock split of 11-17-07.
