Bit Induction Technology, Inc.") has operated continuously since
chartering in Nevada on 1-28-99. The Company changed its name, effective with Nevada's Secretary of State on 11-30-11 and FINRA on 1-30-12, to "Quantumbit, Inc.".
The Company issues Common Capital Stock and is authorized to issue debt obligations with the rights of stockholders.
The Company's resident and transfer agent is Nevada Agency and Transfer.
The Company executed a reverse split of its common shares which was effective with Nevada's Secretary of State on 11-30-11 and FINRA on 1-30-11. The reverse split was 1 for 6000 shares. FINRA requested a complete corporate history as part of the corporate action process.
Quantumbit Common Capital Stock was originally assigned CUSIP# 74765B-105 and ISIN# US74765B-1052. Quantumbit Common Capital Stock was assigned CUSIP# 74765B-303 and ISIN# US74765B-3033 from 11-17-07 through 11-29-11. The Company's Common Stock is now assigned CUSIP# 74766G-103 and ISIN #US74766G-1031.
Quantumbit Common Capital Stock was cleared (15c-211) for OTC quotation on June 30, 2004 with the original symbol "QBIT" and was assigned the symbol "QBII" through 11-29-11. The Company's common stock was assigned the symbol "QBIID" on 1-27-12 and the appended "D" will be dropped on or about 2-20-12.
On May 10, 2011 FINRA asked to schedule a telephone interview with the Company to discuss our recent press releases and the Company. The Company completed the telephone interview with FINRA on June 6, 2011.
