Executive Summary - Quantum Bit Induction Technology, Inc.
OIL - The
world's oil supply is dwindling rapidly causing higher prices and
shortages. Many experts expect major supplies to be exhausted within 15
years. Oil is used in solvents, plastics, lubricants, building
materials, roadways, and many other products. The primary use of oil is
vehicle fuel. Virtually all vehicles (air, water, and land) use fuels
derived from oil. Without oil the modern world will grind to a
halt and society would crumble.
Oil is composed of hydrocarbon molecules consisting of carbon atoms connected into chains by hydrogen atoms. These chains exist in a variety of lengths and structures and are commonly referred to as "oil" (above a critical length). Gasoline and diesel are mixtures of hydrocarbon molecules with certain lengths and structures. When hydrocarbons are ignited in the presence of oxygen the hydrogen atoms form water (H2O), the carbon atoms form carbon dioxide (CO2) and trace amounts of other molecules. Interestingly, approximately three quarters of the exhaust mass produced when combusting hydrocarbons comes from atmospheric oxygen. Said differently, for every pound of gasoline burned by a vehicle approximately three pounds of oxygen is removed from the atmosphere.
Carbon dioxide captures and stores heat impinging on earth from the sun. This contributes to global warming which is causing great alarm amongst scientists worldwide. This fact, coupled with the constant destruction of photosynthetic plants by human civilization is slowly changing earth's climate in potentially devastating ways. Plants convert carbon dioxide to carbohydrates and plant sugars while releasing oxygen. Thus, the combustion of hydrocarbons is indirectly warming the planet, causing climatic changes, while helping to deplete earth's oxygen.
NUCLEAR FUSION - The process that powers the sun is nuclear fusion. In that process hydrogen nuclei (protons) are fused with electrons to form deuterium (an isotope of hydrogen with 1 neutron and 1 proton) and helium (two protons and one, or two, neutrons). The energy released with each nuclear fusion is ~4,000,000 times more than the energy released when hydrocarbons are oxidized (chemically burned) as with modern combustion engines.
The Company's technology uses electricity to separate hydrogen from oxygen in water in a process, well known in high school physics, called electrolysis. In our process, small amounts of the hydrogen (protons) are simultaneously fused in an electrically controlled nuclear process. The fusion energy that is released ionizes (shatters) surrounding water molecules into more hydrogen and oxygen atoms which are separated by the electrolysis process. The resulting hydrogen and oxygen can then be combusted chemically to produce useful work, for example in a combustion engine, and re-produce water. Technically speaking, hydrogen is the fuel, helium is the exhaust in the nuclear fusion process, and water is the "working fluid".
It is important to point out that electolysis of steam produces more hydrogen and oxygen than electrolysis of cold water. This is because a portion of the energy that is harvested and stored in the hydrogen and oxygen comes from the steam's heat. Similarly, energy from the nuclear fusion reactions is extracted by the nuclear electrolysis devices producing helium as the exhaust. Technically, the total potential energy (including nuclear) is reduced in the process.
The Company's devices are ever improving. Currently, our device uses ordinary water and produces combustible gasses (hydrogen and oxygen) that are safe, environmentally friendly, abundant, and pollution free. More importantly the amount of hydrogen actually converted to helium is tiny compared to conventional CO2 production and the hydrogen our device uses is harvested for processing from water. Water is clearly more available, safer, and cheaper than any hydrocarbon.
The Company's devices are currently designed to augment fuel supplies in hydrocarbon burning vehicles. We are working toward closed cycle systems that automcatically recycle the working fluid water while venting any helium. We are also developing systems that entirely replace hydrocarbon fuels rather than reduce gasoline (or diesel) consumption.
TIMING - Now is the opportune time to invest in our Company.
