Quantum Bit Induction Technology, Inc. (OTC:QBII)
The
Company is focused on electronuclear fusion power systems. Hydrogen accumulated at a
densely negative electrode can form isotopes and helium exothermically.
The released nuclear energy is converted to chemical potential
energy in the evolved gases. The chemical potential
energy of the gases exceeds the electrolytic energy similar to high-temperature steam electrolysis. The Company is working toward electronuclear fusion devices for vehicle and stationary power. The Company's work indicates a preferred cycle for modern power. The cycle is nuclear fusion in water electrolysis to produce gaseous chemical potential energy, followed by combustion of the gases to extract work and producing steam. Small amounts of exhaust helium are vented, and the water is recycled through the system. In this cycle little hydrogen is converted to helium for normal power requirements.
Business
The Company is working to develop a "closed cycle" system that recycles the chemical combustion's exhaust. We believe our closed cycle device will consume little fuel at normal power levels, produce small amounts of inert exhaust, and be entirely safe, clean, and inexpensive to operate.
The Company believes in power from nuclear fusion devices. We believe these devices will end the hydrocarbon fuel era. We believe these devices will provide more power, more safely, more economically, and in a more environmentally friendly way than liquid hydrocarbon fuels.
The Company holds significant ownership in Mustang Performance Headquarters ("MPFH"). Mustang will introduce our technology and device for vehichles.
The Company holds significant ownership in Makenzie Homes ("MKZHJ"). Makenzie will introduce our technology and device for stationary applications.
The Company owns a substantial portion of Remington Ventures ("REMV"). Remington assists in design and technical development of our devices.
The Company helped establish and grow Symmetry Technologies ("SMMR"). We have conveyed certain intellectual property to Symmetry regarding human rejuvenation. We own a significant portion of Symmetry.
Our business plan includes the continued incubation of affiliated companies. We periodically distribute shares in our affiliated companies to our Class B Stockholders. Please join our Shareholder Group to remain informed.
