Business
Quantum Bit is 90% limited partner of QBIT Investment Fund, LP. Quantum Bit conveyed QBII shares to QBIT Fund for our limited partnership interest. QBIT Fund works to convert those QBII shares into debt-free, appreciating, real estate assets and income. For example Lakewood Towne Square and Baytown Plaza.
Money distributed by QBIT Fund to Quantum Bit is used to develop our technologies, products, and company. Our strategy is to use rental income to pay engineers, programmers, scientists and developers to create things. This is unlike traditional real estate investment which pays lenders most of the rent money.
The Company works to enhance the value of QBIT Fund assets with technology and create products from our development work.
