Business
Our Company owns a 90% limited partnership interest in QBIT INVESTMENT FUND, LP. (the "Fund"). Quantum Bit contributed QBII shares to the Fund in exchange for our partnership interest. The Fund works to convert those QBII shares into shrewdly acquired assets and income.
The Company's limited partnership interest in the Fund is beneficially owned exclusively by the QBII Common Shareholders. All other (non Fund) assets of the Company are beneficially owned by the QBITB Shareholders. Income distributed by the Fund to the Company is used to develop our technologies, products, and company.
The Company works to enhance the value of Fund assets with technology and create products from our development work.
