Quantum Bit Suspends Conversion Between Classes
Houston, TX, Aug 03, 2009 (WORLD STOCK WIRE via COMTEX) -- Quantum Bit Induction Technology, Inc. (OTC:QBII, QBITB) announced the suspension of conversion privileges between its Class B Common Stock ("QBITB") and its Common Capital Shares ("QBII"). Effective at the close of business on August 14, 2009 stockholders will no longer be allowed to convert shares between our stock classes. Quantum Bit is negotiating the creation of a Limited Partnership with WANDANEL. Inc., whose president is Craig Nelson to operate as general partner of an income-oriented, stable real estate investment venture. Mr. Nelson has been a very active real estate developer, broker and investor in the Houston community for many years. President Mike Skillern recalls, "Craig lectured me, "Taking capital for stock and expensing the capital in technical development in Quantum Bit Induction Technology, Inc.'s history....but taking capital for stock and investing the money in income producing assets, then, expensing development from investment income would seem much wiser."
Additionally Mr. Nelson and Company management are extremely interested in the prospects of deploying technologies developed by the Company to acquired properties i.e. office buildings, shopping centers and apartment buildings. Thereby allowing the company to implement and showcase the company's technology in practical applications and for the property to enjoy benefit of the technology.

Quantum Bit Finalizes Nuclear Prototype Design
HOUSTON, October 28, 2009 – Quantum Bit Induction Technology, Inc. (OTC:QBII) is finalizing prototype design of its personal nuclear device. This device is designed to release power from hydrogen fusion in practical amounts. It is designed to electrically separate hydrogen from water, initiate fusions of the electrons and protons at an electrode, thus releasing fusion energy. The released energy serves to ionize water molecules which are electrically separated by the device. The output, of the device, is useable chemical energy in the form of hydrogen and oxygen gas. This chemical energy can be extracted with a variety of currently available technologies whose byproduct is water, which is recycled. When asked for a simplified description of the process President Mike Skillern commented, "The device should demonstrate a small net consumption of water and efficiently convert nuclear potential energy into useable chemical energy".
We believe that the combination of techniques that we are employing in our device will push the power collected from microfusions into the useable range. Producing and collecting useable amounts of power from fusion inexpensively is the quest on which this project is based. The fusion process is clean, environmentally friendly, and cheap. We encourage everyone to search the internet for discussions about fusion including sonofusion, electrostatic fusion, inertial confinement fusion, and other techniques. Fusion is commonplace among today’s technologies though not yet for power production. We believe our prototype design has the potential to lead the way to practical fusion power and make the, decades old, American political vision for clean, inexpensive, safe power a modern day reality.
We invite everyone to review our website www.quantumbit.com and communicate with the company. Quantum Bit is a small company with limited resources. We believe our ideas and approaches to solutions are superior to what we have reviewed of our competitors published results.
The forward looking statements in this press release reflect our knowledge, belief, and information available at the time of release. Everyone should become thoroughly informed about the company prior to purchasing shares of this company.
