Q: What is Sponsorship?

Sponsorship is how you can participate in Quantumbit's technology development and get to use and support what we are building.
Q: What is the initial cost to become a Sponsor?
A: $1.00 to enroll.
Q:

The Sponsorship Agreement asks for the number of Common Shares ("QBII") that I am Sponsoring. Is there an advantage to Sponsoring more shares versus a few.
A:


Yes. Quantumbit's technologies are released for use by Sponsors with levels of access. Small Sponsors have access to useful levels of our technology and larger Sponsors have access to more elite levels.
Q: What is the recurring cost to be a Sponsor?
A:

Sponsored Shares are charged fees that are equal to, or less than, the dividend paid by Quantumbit to QBII shares. Each Sponsor's total fee depends on their number of Sponsored Shares.
Q: Can I Sponsor only part of the QBII shares that I own.
A: Yes.
Q: Am I required to own QBII shares to be a Sponsor.
A: No.
Q: Sponsors are assessed fees ONLY AFTER a cash dividend has been paid to QBII shares, correct?
A: Correct.
Q: Can I cancel my Sponsorship?
A: Yes; with 45 days written notice.
Q: What are the company's policies regardng cash dividends paid to QBII shares?
A: Dividends will only be paid to QBII shares held through brokerage accounts pursuant to Shareholder Resolution.
Q: Does Quantumbit plan to pay regular dividends?
A: Provided we have adequate Sponsorship and those Sponsors pay as agreed, yes, we plan to implement regular dividends.
Q:

Are there any other benefits to sponsorship other than the obvious, dividends and use of QBII's technology?
A: The satisfaction of actively bringing success to us all while improving the world with what our company is developing.
Q: Does Quantumbit use sales organizations to enroll new Sponsors?
A: Absolutely. Please review our NOTICE TO SALES ORGANIZATIONS page if you are interested in helping us recruit Sponsors.
